Phase 1

Consultation-Drafting a Plan

$450 per room

Drafting a plan.

We start with a consultation to get to know you, your space, your lifestyle and needs, then collaborate to come up with some suggested recommendations based on your questionnaire and our in-person consultation. If you’re a more proactive person, this may be all you need. It will supply you with ideas of basic elements that would work best for your lifestyle, space and style. Furniture scale and arrangement are taken into consideration, as well as a cohesive color palette and décor to shop for.

 
 

Phase 2

Fine-tuning and Executing the Plan

Starting at $1500

Executing the plan. You may know right from the start that you want a more full-service approach, in which case we will move to Phase 2 of the design process, following the consultation.

During Phase 2, we will start with a scaled drawing to come up with the optimal floorplan, then move on to fine-tuning the final aesthetic. This Phase starts with a 10 hour block and we can add additional blocks as needed, before sourcing your final selections and finishes.

  • Travel time beyond a 20-mile radius of downtown Woodstock, VT may be subject to additional cost.
